One thing to plan for: a furniture lift needs a stable, reserved footprint on the street, so a no-parking zone is often required. On request we apply for it and set it up – just say the word when you ask for your quote.

What is a furniture lift and when do I need one?
A furniture lift carries furniture and boxes up the outside of the building and straight into the storey – ideal for high floors, narrow stairwells, or when there is no suitable lift in the building.
Which lifts do you use?
We work exclusively with our own machines: a Junior lift and a telescopic lift with a working height of 18 to 24 metres, and the Topworker with a working height of up to 37 metres.
How high does the furniture lift reach?
Depending on the model, up to roughly the 6th, 8th or 12th floor. Which lift suits your building is agreed with you beforehand, based on the height and the conditions on site.
Is an operator included?
Yes. Our furniture lifts always come with an experienced operator who sets the lift up safely and works it throughout.
What does a furniture lift cost?
The price depends on the height, the duration and the effort involved. You receive a transparent fixed price in advance, with no hidden costs.
Do I need a permit or a no-parking zone?
A set-up area – and usually a no-parking zone – is often required. On request we arrange it for you; just mention it when you ask for your quote.
Is transport by furniture lift safe for my furniture?
Yes. The lift moves things gently and evenly, which considerably reduces the risk to furniture, walls and doorframes compared with carrying everything through the stairwell.
Do you only work in Berlin?
Our base is Berlin – and with our furniture lifts we work both in Berlin and across Germany.
Is a short-notice booking possible, even for a single item?
Yes. We can come at short notice, and we will come for one single heavy or bulky object. A quick, straightforward job is possible at any time.
