How much does the packing and unpacking service cost?
The price depends on the scope, rooms and workload, as well as on whether you want packing only or unpacking too. You receive a binding fixed price including materials – with no hidden costs.
Can I book packing only or unpacking only?
Yes. You can book flexibly – packing only, unpacking only or both together with your move.
Do you bring the packaging materials?
Yes. We bring moving boxes, tissue paper, bubble wrap, wardrobe boxes and tape in the right quantities.
Do you also pack glass, porcelain and art?
Yes. Fragile items are wrapped individually, and we protect art and pictures with edge protectors and specialist packaging.
Are my belongings insured during packing and transport?
Your belongings are covered under statutory carrier liability at €620 per cubic metre. Additional transport insurance is available on request.
Do you label the boxes?
Yes. We pack and label room by room so that everything quickly ends up in the right place at your new home.
Do you dispose of the packaging materials after unpacking?
On request we take the boxes and materials away again after unpacking and dispose of them.
Do you offer the packing service throughout Germany?
Yes. Berlin is our home base and we offer the packing and unpacking service throughout Germany.
