There is no list price for a full-service move, because no two households are alike. After a short survey – on site or by video call – you receive one binding fixed price covering everything you booked. Four factors decide what it comes to:

How much has to move, measured in cubic metres. A one-room flat and a family house sit far apart.
Distance
Across a Berlin district, across the city, or across Germany – the route and the driving time both count.
Access at both ends
Floor, lift or no lift, how far things have to be carried, whether a furniture lift or a parking permit is needed.
Scope you choose
Packing only or unpacking too, assembly, storage, disposal – you decide how much of the package you use.

What exactly is included in an all-inclusive move?
A survey and planning, packaging materials, professional packing, dismantling and reassembly of your furniture, furniture and property protection, transport with our own fleet and a furniture lift where needed, and unpacking at the destination. Interim storage and disposal of bulky waste can be added to the same package.
How much does an all-inclusive move cost?
There is no list price, because the volume, the distance, the access at both addresses and the scope you choose all affect it. After a short survey on site or by video call you receive one binding fixed price covering everything you booked – with no hidden costs.
Is the fixed price really binding?
Yes. What the quote states is what you pay. You usually have your no-obligation estimate within 24 hours on business days.
Do I have to be there on moving day?
It helps if you or someone you trust is reachable for questions, but you do not have to help. Many of our customers move from abroad and are only present for the handover.
Can I leave out parts of the package?
Yes. Every all-inclusive move is put together individually. If you want to pack the kitchen yourself or do not need unpacking, we leave that out and the price reflects it.
Are my belongings insured during an all-inclusive move?
Your belongings are covered under statutory carrier liability at €620 per cubic metre. For particularly valuable items we can advise you on additional transport insurance.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, because a full-service move needs team and material planning. Short-notice dates are often possible – it is worth asking even for next week.
Do you also handle all-inclusive moves outside Berlin?
Berlin is our base and we carry out all-inclusive moves in Berlin and throughout Germany, including long-distance moves with our own fleet.
