Do you handle packing, furniture assembly and the furniture lift?
Yes. On request we handle the full service: high-quality moving materials, packing and unpacking your boxes, the dis- and re-assembly of your furniture, and the use of our own furniture lift for heavy items from upper floors (outdoor use up to 26 metres). That keeps your private move completely stress-free.
Do you bill citizens’-benefit moves directly with the job centre?
Yes, we are experienced with citizens’-benefit moves and work regularly with job centres and social welfare offices nationwide. We prepare a job-centre-compliant quote and, on request, bill the office directly so you don’t have to pay in advance.
Do you offer senior moves with care-fund billing?
Yes. We support senior moves with particular patience and care – from packing and transport to furniture assembly. In the case of care needs, a care-fund subsidy of up to €4,000 is possible; on request we handle the direct billing.
Do you also carry out armed-forces moves under the BUKG?
Yes. For service members we carry out BUKG-compliant moves under the Federal Relocation Costs Act – nationwide and to other European countries. We prepare the appropriate documents and cost estimates so that billing with your unit runs smoothly.
Do you apply for the no-parking zone for moving day?
Yes, on request we apply for the official no-parking zone in front of your old and new address and put up the traffic signs – in Berlin and, on request, across Germany. That way the removal van is right outside the door, there’s no searching for parking, and your private move runs faster and more safely.
