Assembly service
Assembled, adjusted, and actually level
We take furniture apart, put it back together and fix it where it belongs – for private households, offices and projects. Our trained assembly team brings all the tools and fixings, so there is nothing for you to prepare. And we do not just “build”: pieces are level, stable and anchored to the wall where they need to be.
- Assembly & disassembly of furniture, shelving systems and fixtures
- All tools and fastening materials provided by us
- Rework and adjustments after a move, if something needs correcting
- Single items welcome – no job is too small
- Can be combined with your move for one seamless process
Transparent pricing
One fixed price, agreed before we start
You get a written fixed-price quote in advance – labour time and materials included – so there is nothing to work out afterwards.
- Our expert assembly team on site
- Professional-grade tools and fixings
- Travel costs within the service area
Large projects
For extensive office set-ups or whole residential projects we quote individually, based on the actual volume and the technical requirements.
A single piece of furniture
Also possible. One designer item or a wall mounting that needs proper tools is a perfectly normal job for us.
No hidden extras
The quote states the labour time and the materials. What you sign is what you pay – there is nothing added afterwards.
Scope
From a flat-pack shelf to a whole office system
Our fitters work with everything from mass-market furniture to specialist office systems – and they have seen every kind of instruction manual there is.
- IKEA
- USM Haller
- Custom office systems
- Shelving systems
- Fitted wardrobes
- Fixtures & mountings
Levelled, not just built
A wardrobe that is not level does not close properly. We set doors and drawers so they run as they should.
Anchored where it matters
Tall units and wall mountings get fixed properly to the wall – the part people leave out and regret later.
Office systems
Desk systems, shelving and storage units, including the ones with a manual nobody enjoys reading.
Kitchens & built-ins
Assembly and disassembly of fitted units, on request as part of the move.
Disassembly for a move
Taken apart, protected, transported and reassembled at the new address the same day.
Rework afterwards
If something needs adjusting after the move, we come back and correct it.
Three ways to book us
One job, a project, or a standing arrangement
Private households, offices and events all need something slightly different, so the assembly service is planned around your schedule, scope and location.
With your move
The most common case: we disassemble at the old address and reassemble at the new one on the same day, as one job with one price.
Request this →Temporary assembly
For partial assemblies, storage or renovation work: short-term assembly and disassembly including securing and handling of materials.
Request this →Regular assembly
For offices, businesses and residential complexes: recurring assembly and disassembly of furniture, shelving and fixtures – predictable and without administrative effort.

Moving as well? The assembly service can be booked as part of your private move, commercial move or office move – one team, one date, one price. For heavy pieces that will not fit the stairwell, we bring a furniture lift.
Thanks to the fitter, everything went incredibly smoothly. All the furniture was taken apart and put back together. Fast and friendly staff.
Frequently asked questions
FAQ – Assembly service: price, timing & scope
The key answers about our assembly service – price, lead time, tools and scope. And when you can reach us.
How early should I book the assembly service?
Ideally one to two weeks in advance, so your preferred date is still available. For larger projects such as a full office set-up, more lead time is better. For urgent or spontaneous jobs we always try to find a flexible solution depending on current capacity – and you hear straight away whether we can.
Who does the work, and who brings the tools?
All work is carried out by our own trained assembly team. We bring the professional tools and all fastening materials, so there is nothing for you to prepare. Our fitters work regularly with brands and systems such as IKEA, USM Haller and custom office systems.
What does the assembly service cost?
You receive a transparent fixed-price quote in advance, including labour time and materials. Our assembly packages start with a minimum booking of three hours, and prices begin at €280 as a minimum flat rate – covering the assembly team, professional tools and travel within the service area. For extensive office set-ups or whole residential projects we quote individually, based on the volume and the technical requirements.
How long does an assembly take?
Most assembly jobs are completed within three working days of the agreed start. How long the work itself takes depends on the number of pieces and the system involved – which is why we set the time out in the quote rather than estimating it on the day.
Do you only build furniture, or also mount it properly?
Both. We do not simply put pieces together: furniture is set level and stable, doors and drawers are adjusted so they run correctly, and tall units and wall mountings are anchored to the wall where that is needed. That last part is the step most often skipped – and the one people regret.
Do you also handle disassembly and rework?
Yes. Our team dismantles existing furniture as well, and carries out rework and adjustments after a move if something needs correcting. On request the assembly service is combined directly with your move – one team, one date, one price.
Can I have just one single piece of furniture assembled?
Absolutely – no job is too small. A single designer piece or a wall mounting that needs proper tools is a perfectly normal booking, subject to the three-hour minimum.
Can you advise me before I book?
Yes – in whichever way suits you: by phone, as a video consultation so we can see the pieces and estimate the scope precisely, or as an on-site inspection if you would rather we saw the rooms in person. All three are free and without obligation.
