For an address in a ZTL restricted-traffic zone, assess the applicable vehicle permission before travel. Roma Mobilità’s temporary-permit guidance (Italian) states that submitting an application alone does not authorise entry. Loading space and building access also need coordination; furniture-lift use requires a separate feasibility assessment and agreement.
