Yes. Send the list and dimensions of the selected belongings. The actual inventory, access and requested services determine the quote.
Can relatives coordinate the move?
An authorised contact can agree the arrangements with us. Clarify who may make decisions about belongings and who will provide access at both addresses.
Can you help with packing?
Packing and unpacking can be included by agreement. Identify personal documents, medication and immediate essentials to keep with the resident or their responsible contact.
What happens to furniture that will not fit?
Choose storage, another agreed delivery address or separately quoted clearance. Confirm the decision with the resident or authorised person before anything is removed.
Is funding automatically available?
No. Ask your Pflegekasse or the responsible public body to assess the individual circumstances before costs are incurred. Moving into a care home is not automatically covered by support for adapting a private home.
